Deanna Wichmann is currently a junior at East Carolina University earning her BFA in Musical Theatre. From an early age, Deanna knew she wanted to be a performer. She started taking voice lessons when she was ten and focused more on singing before realizing her passion for acting as well. She started theatre her freshman year of high school and hasn’t stopped since. Some of her past favorite roles include Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, Marian Paroo in Music Man, and The Witch in Into the Woods. Deanna’s future goals are to move to New York and pursue Musical Theatre full time.

Aside from the arts, Deanna’s hobbies include: reading, movies, hanging out with friends and family, and playing guitar. She also is obsessed with anything cat related, especially her own cat Gemma.
